These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the hr777 platform and its users ("member" or "you"). hr777 is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing, browsing, or using any service on this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

The following conditions must be met to be eligible to use hr777's services:

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you believe your account credentials have fallen into someone else's hands, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

hr777 carries out identity verification processes when required. This process may involve requesting a copy of your national identity card or passport. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if verification is not completed. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

Each deposit must be a minimum of ৳100. Deposits must be sent from your own registered mobile number — deposits made from another person's account are not accepted. hr777 may place a deposit on hold in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, in certain circumstances the process may take longer due to verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement set on that bonus has been met (see section 5 for details).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳26,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not the original deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 before withdrawing any winnings earned from that bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is issued.
• If the requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a game result appears abnormal due to a software error or communication failure, hr777 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wager. Disproportionate winnings displayed due to a technical error cannot be claimed.

6.2 Sports Betting

All odds offered in sports betting may change up until the start of an event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the wager will be refunded or settled according to the relevant rules. hr777 does not provide information about real clubs, players, or specific matches.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hr777 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund cleansing.
• Abusing the bonus system or engineering bonus traps.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Any form of technical manipulation or system exploitation.
• Harassing other members or disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play.
• Unauthorized use of the platform's copyright or intellectual property.

In the event of any of the above violations, hr777 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

hr777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If the member fails to cooperate with the identity verification (KYC) process.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions or fraud.
• Upon instruction from a court or relevant authority.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time. If there is any withdrawable balance prior to closure, it will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms.

hr777 makes every effort to ensure the highest level of security and availability on its platform, but liability is limited in the following areas:

• hr777 is not responsible for issues caused by internet connection or device problems.
• hr777 is not directly responsible for software errors from third-party game providers.
• hr777 is not responsible for account access by an unauthorized third party.
• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.
